Wheelchair Service

  • Airlines are responsible for providing wheelchair assistance to passengers. Please ensure you request this service when booking your ticket.
  • Inform your airline of any required assistance before departing for the airport.
  • You can download the HOI app on your smartphone to directly contact airline wheelchair support.
  • Upon arrival at the airport, use the designated drop-off lanes. The locations of these lanes are provided below.

Lane 1, Departure Forecourt, Opposite To Gate 3
Lane 1, Opposite To Gate 4
Passengers with UDID / Divyang card can access Lane 1. Other passengers to drop off at any lane opposite Gates 3 and 6.

PRM can use dedicated lanes at terminal entry & security check to navigate through the airport. The location at terminal entry is listed below.

PRM Washrooms

Special PRM- friendly washrooms across all the 3 terminals are available with call buttons for assistance.

Buggy Service

Buggy Services are provided at pier junctions to take PRM to and from their boarding gate.

Dedicated Parking Zone

Delhi airport has designated areas at the terminals for parking for PRM, making it PRM friendly.
