Diwali Duty Free Promotion

1. There will be Diwali Promotion from 18th October to 17th November, 2024 at Duty Free outlets at T3I of Indira Gandhi International Delhi airport (Delhi Airport). Diwali Promotion (the ‘Promotional Discount’) includes issuance of discount voucher of 15% for an amount UPTO Rs. 3,000/- (upper cap of discount is Rs. 3,000) per passport / group of passports under the same PNR number on net amount purchased. The discount voucher is applicable for the Perfumes & Cosmetics / Beauty category in the Delhi Duty Free Services Outlets at Departures & Arrivals and on all categories of other duty free outlets at Departures at Indira Gandhi International Airport on a minimum Liquor purchase Value of Rs. 9,999/- per Passport from Departure and Arrivals outlets of Delhi Duty Free Services.
2. In addition to above, the passenger is also eligible for an invite to play “Wheel of Fortune” game on a minimum purchase of Rs. 2,499/-, wherein eligible passenger can participate in “Wheel of Fortune” game to win potential prices as below:

Liquor purchase of minimum bill value of Rs. 9,999/- per passport / group of passports under the same PNR number from the duty free stores at Departures and Arrivals will enable passenger to get a discount voucher of 15% per passport / group of passports under the same PNR redeemable on next transaction applicable for the Perfumes & Cosmetics / Beauty category in the Delhi Duty Free Services Outlets at Departures & Arrivals and on all categories of other duty free outlets at Departures at Indira Gandhi International Airport
4. Maximum Discount permissible per bill/transaction is Rs.3,000/-
5. An Individual is allowed to make multiple eligible transactions in a single day and get discount vouchers accordingly per eligible bill.
6. A single discount voucher can be used in a single transaction only.
7. ‘Promotional Discount’ is valid for Perfumes & Cosmetics / Beauty category in the Delhi Duty Free Services Outlets at Departures & Arrivals and on all categories of other duty free outlets at Departures at Indira Gandhi International Airport
8. The Promotional Discount may be extended, cancelled, discontinued, amended, withdrawn, terminated or altered at any time without any prior notice and without assigning any reason.
9. Discounted value cannot be exchanged for cash.
10. The discount provided under this Promotional Discount is over and above any discount, if any, provided by the concessionaire of the redeeming duty free outlet.
11. Concessionaires to mandatorily retain the Vouchers with them for reimbursement.
12. Categories Excluded from the promotion – Tobacco and Liquor from the Duty Paid Stores
13. Stores Excluded from the promotion – Montblanc, Victoria Secret, Hugo Boss

15. The term discount is mentioned to pass benefit to the passenger/customer. The discount amount to be calculated on net amount and to be passed in tender “Diwali Promotion” (payment mode). This tendered amount will be considered in Total Net Sales of the store and DIAL revenue share will be applicable on this. DIAL revenue share will be on the total value (without deducting the discount amount of DIAL Promotion).
16. For concessionaire to settle the discount amount from DIAL the concessionaire must submit an Invoice confirming the amount offered as discount and DIAL will reimburse this amount in 60 days after receiving the claims. All settlements will be subject to correct execution of the Promotion as detailed in this document.
17. Reimbursement of cheque is subject to Nil dues, no pendency of Quarterly CA Certificates.
18. Discounted value cannot be exchanged for cash.
19. The discount provided under this Diwali Promotion is over and above any discount, if any, provided by the concessionaire of the redeeming outlets.
20. Promotion valid at operational stores only.
21. Only Bonafide passengers are eligible for the promotion

Following Terms and Conditions apply for the “Wheel of Fortune”

All customers, who are shopping at the Terminals-1, 2 ,3 Domestic and International Departures Of IGI Airport Departure Terminal are eligible to participate in the Promotion.

1. Participation in this Promotion is applicable on purchase of any category other than Duty Paid Liquor and Duty Paid Tobacco category. The promo is applicable on all duty paid and duty free retail outlets at the departures of Terminal 1, Terminal 2 and Terminal 3 Domestic and International of IGI Airport.
2. A passenger is eligible for the invite to “Wheel-of-Fortune” upon making a transaction of minimum bill value (Net Value + GST) of Rs. 2,499 or more. Passengers making eligible transactions will be issued an invite on the invoice printout to play the Wheel-of-Fortune game.
3. At post security (Security Hold Area) location of each terminal, the Wheel-of-Fortune game will be organised, where a passenger can play the game by showing his Invoice printout with the invite and his boarding pass and accepting the Terms & Conditions.
4. All the participants of the game will get one of the below listed reward/prize items:

In no event shall, DIAL or the concessionaire(s) of the participating outlet be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, direct or otherwise, including any consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, indirect or incidental damages of any kind (including, but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or savings), or any cost or expense, whether based in contract, tort, warranty, strict liability or otherwise, which arises out of or is in any way connected with the Promotion.
2. Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL)/ concessionaires of outlets will not be liable for any claims on account of non-issuance/ non-redemption of discount/s on account of technical issues, if any.
3. DIAL reserves the right to withdraw/ suspend/ amend/ extend/ cancel/ discontinue or alter at any time the terms of the Promotion, without any prior notice and without assigning any reason thereof.
4. Only the Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to in relation to any dispute arising from the Promotion or any other aspects in relation thereto.
