FLYSAFE EXPERIENCE

FlySafe Service (“FlySafe”) can be availed by passenger(s) departing on Domestic Flights from Terminal 3 of Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi (“IGIA”)

The FlySafe service can only be booked on www.newdelhairport.in (DIAL Website) at least 6 hours prior to the STD (Schedule Time of Departure).

The services available are:
- Warm Welcome on Departure
- Provision of Safety Kit
- Check-in Assistance
- Dedicated Service officer ( assistance till boarding )
- Guidance till Boarding Gate

No. The booking and payment for the FlySafe service is only online which can be booked on the www.newdelhiairport.in website before 6 hours of scheduled domestic flight from IGIA.

Upon successful completion of booking, Customer(s) will receive the confirmation e-mail with all details.

The invoice will be provided at T3 of IGIA on availing the FlySafe service.

All guests must report at T3 at least 90 Mins prior to the departure time (STD/Standard Time of Departure) of the flight.

Service can be booked at least six (6) hours prior to the departure time (STD/Standard Time of Departure) of the flight.

The charge per guest is Rs.1500 (For passengers of age 2 years & above) plus the taxes applicable.

The service can be booked for a maximum of 5 passengers (excluding infants of less than 2 years of age)

For FlySafe Service, No Show will be declared if the guest does not report at the meeting point after twenty (20) minutes from the agreed time (Service start Time).

The guest(s) will be declared as No Show and subject to full payment of total order amount which is non-refundable.

Yes, the booking can be cancelled on the newdelhiairport.in website.

Customer(s)/Passenger(s) can cancel or amend the services online on DIAL Website, subject to charge as provided below:
