How to avail the discount for ‘Delhi Duty Free Delight’ shopping offer?

On the first purchase from the outlets at T3-I International Terminal of IGI Airport, customers will be provided discount coupons valued up to a maximum of 15% of the net amount of such purchase, which can be redeemed by them in their next purchase, within the given timeline.

What are the terms and conditions for ‘Delhi Duty Free Delight’?

• Coupons will be provided by the outlets after the first purchase of duty free products by taking in passport details of the customer. Redemption of the amount equivalent to the issued coupon can be done on the next purchase on the same passport number.
• The maximum discount permissible for the next purchase is INR 10,000/-.
• DIAL and/or the concessionaires of the outlets will not be liable for any claims on account of non-issuance/ non-redemption of coupons due to technical issues, if any.
• Only 1(one) coupon can be redeemed in a single bill at the participating outlets.
• Customers will have to redeem the coupon within 4 HRS from the time of issuance, failing which the gratification will stand cancelled.
• Discounted value or the coupon cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Coupon issued from T3 International Departures of the IGI Airport outlets can only be redeemed at T3 International Departures outlets. Similarly, coupons issued at T3 International Arrivals of the IGI Airport outlets can only be redeemed at T3 International Arrivals outlet.
• Post redemption of the coupon, the invoice on which the coupon is redeemed cannot be refunded/cancelled.
• The discount provided under this Promotion will be over and above other discounts, if any, provided by the concessionaire of the outlet.
• Participation in this Promotion is valid at operational outlets only.

It is important to note that the participant will have to use the same passport linked on the first purchase at the outlet, for redeeming the coupon during your next purchase. Also, you have to provide true, accurate, current and complete information, as applicable and required by DIAL or any authorised personnel, for the purpose of issuing or redemption of the coupon.

What’s in store for customers in ‘Delhi Airport Retail Promotion’?

As a part of ‘Delhi Airport Retail Promotion’, all customers, who are shopping at the IGI Airport are eligible to win cash vouchers issued by DIAL’s retail outlets, from 20th October, 2022 to 30th November, 2022. Participation in this Promotion is applicable on all purchases of apparel, accessories, leather, perfumes & cosmetics, sunglasses, toys, jewellery & gifting, packed food, confectionaries, electronics, pharmacy, destination merchandise and watches. Shopping from all duty paid retail outlets (for afore-stated categories) at Terminal 1, Terminal-2 and Terminal-3 - Departures and Arrival, IGI Airport shall be considered.

Terms and Conditions for ‘Delhi Airport Retail Promotion’

• Participation in this Promotion is not applicable on purchase of liquor and tobacco from IGI Airport.
• On their first purchase from the outlets at Terminal 1, Terminal-2 and Terminal-3 - Departures and Arrival of IGI Airport, customers will be provided vouchers valued up to a maximum of 10% of the net amount of such purchase, which can be redeemed by them in their next purchase, within the given timeline.
• Vouchers will not be issued on transactions where a voucher is already being redeemed.
• The maximum discount permissible for the next purchase shall be INR 5000/- or 50% of the net amount of next purchase, whichever is lesser.
• Vouchers cannot be redeemed at the same outlets from where it is issued.
• Vouchers will be issued by the outlets after scanning the PNR number of the customers, at the time of purchase from the outlets.
• A maximum of 3 vouchers can be issued per PNR number.
• A single voucher cannot be redeemed for multiple transaction.
• Customers will have to redeem the vouchers within 4 HRS from the time of issuance, failing which the gratification will stand cancelled.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Vouchers issued from the Departure outlets of the IGI Airport can only be redeemed at other Departures outlets of the same terminal, excluding the outlet issuing the Voucher. Similarly, vouchers issued at the Arrival outlets of the IGI Airport can only be redeemed at other Arrivals outlets of the same terminal, excluding the outlet issuing the voucher.
• Post redemption of the voucher, the invoice on which the voucher is redeemed cannot be refunded/cancelled.
• The discount provided under this Promotion will be over and above other discount, if any, provided by the concessionaire of the outlets.
• Participation in this Promotion is valid at operational outlets only.
